Sarai, lets open up with Ephesians 6:1-3 (KJV)Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. What does this scripture mean to you?
Sarai: This scripture means that you must obey your parents and that The Most High will extend your days.
As an 11 year old, what are some of the challenges young Israelites faces? How can little Israelites overcome them?
Sarai: Well, I know a lot of children face fitting in with the world. You can overcome the challenges by reading a story from the Bible that is related to your situation. Also try to remember that The Most High made you different.
How do you continue to set yourself apart while among children who currently do not know who they are according to the Bible?
Sarai: I do my best to try and not become idle among others all while planting seeds.
What can we (adults) on this journey provide to you all (Little Israelites) to establish more unity within?
Sarai: I would love to attend righteous concerts that will only be for us(children), sleepovers, game nights, and field trips to museums. Not just here locally but more traveling to other states to attend these events.
What godly counsel would you extend to children who want to come into the knowledge of self but also have a desire to fit in with children at school or even close relatives?
Sarai: I would say to read 1John5:21-Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Ahman. Don’t try to fit in because that will lead you to a place where you would not like to go.
What is unity and love to you?
Sarai: Unity is coming together and building. Love is an action word, its keeping The Most High’s laws and commandments.
I want to talk about your children’s book that you are currently working on. Give us a brief overview about your book. What was your motivation to write and publish this particular literature?
Sarai: The name of my book is ‘Life of Ruth and Friends’ and it’s about Ruth becoming a young princess in this truth and she figures out who her true friends are. Also, that this walk can be very tough for children. My motivation to writing this book is The Most High, my family; and especially my mother and father.
Are there any other gifts that the Most High has blessed you with? What would you like to bring to We L.I.T.?
Sarai: Yes, He has blessed me with the gift of art and interior design. I would like to bring children activities, leadership, and unity to We L.I.T.
